We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final.

Product Images We try our best to accurately portray the true color and design of our products. A kindly reminder that every monitor/mobile device has different capability to display colors. For Custom orders: ALL APPAREL AND DRINKWARE IMAGES ARE MOCKUPS. Please note that handmade items can sometimes have small or slight imperfections, that just makes your item more unique!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and issue the correct item. Please note we can only fix your order within 2 days of your package being delivered. For Transfers: BRING IT BACK LA is not responsible for transfers transferred incorrectly, or for any damages that occur to your prints or your t-shirts once you apply them to your product, please see t-shirt instructions before you press. 

A store credit through email will be issued if only deemed necessary.(ONLY STORE CREDIT) Email: BringItBackLA@gmail.com, Please include your name, order number, contact information, and pictures of the defected item.
