  1. Preheat the garment for 5 seconds to remove excess moisture. ...
  2. Place the transfer on the garment with image facing up.
  3. Press at 325F for 20 seconds under very FIRM PRESSURE.
  4. Remove the garment from the press and let cool enough to peel.
  5. REMEMBER COLD PEEL ONLY !
  6. AFTER PEELING PRESS AGAIN FOR 5 SECONDS WITH TEFLON SHEET 
  7. HEAT PRESS ONLY -
